Baseline template
Baseline MODx template - bright creative design for web 2.0 style. Use it for any web site issues. The third right hand column you can insert your text or advertisement. A template used snippets: Wayfinder (for menus), AjaxSearch (to search the site), ListIndexer (to call the news).

- Extract the .zip file
- Upload this folder to assets/templates/
- Create a new template in Elements → Manage Elements → Templates.
- Give the template the name of Baseline template.
- Copy the contents of template.txt and paste to the field of new template.
- Apply the template to any/all pages and enjoy
